Many people are facing the problem of play store not working or 'No connection, retry' error and daily hundreds of forums and websites gets requests for a solution that must solve the problem once and for all. But hardly someone describe any foolproof method to solve the problem.
Today i will tell a simple way to deal with this problem. No elaboration and no extra things. Just follow the steps below and get your play store working again.
Solution for Play store not working -
following are the steps that will make your play store work. Just follow them in order. If the earlier step don't work, then move to the next. But i hope you will get your solution in the first three steps.
1. Clear cache of play store and google play services, now try.
2. Delete the "hosts" file located in system folder in your device (for rooted users, root from apk).
3. If the above steps don't work, there might be a problem in your google or manufacturers account. follow the steps below :
i) clear play store cache and google play services cache.
ii) logout of every google and mobile manufacturer account in settings.
iii) restart device.
iv) login from another google account (another means new, if u don't have new account, then signup and create new account)
v) open play store, if working, add previous google account but do not add manufacturer account.
4. Not worked yet? hard reset your device.
5. Still not working? time to change your rom or reflash brand new stock rom.
