Presently working on my own, i am yet to build up a team and need developers and designers to port custom roms to various devices from companies like Samsung, LG, Sony, HTC, etc. and also for those companies which produce low end devices.

Cyanogenmod is a great example of a team build up for this purpose but it still lacks the need of development from the low-end device users.
